Participation in the event is free of charge with prior registration. Cancellation is free of charge up to 4 weeks before the start of the event. Cancellations must be made in writing (e.g., by email). The date of receipt of the cancellation shall be decisive.If a participant fails to attend the event despite having registered and without canceling in good time, we are entitled to demand lump-sum compensation of EUR 150 plus VAT. The participant expressly reserves the right to prove that no damage or significantly less damage than the amount claimed has been incurred.
